Determine if you want qualified leads so that you aren’t driving around town for clients who aren’t even ready to buy. Figure out what your priorities are and go after them. Your business plan will change based on whether your priority is to find a brokerage with lower fees to leave you more profit in each sale or if you want to get your name out there more.
